  About MCRSG

The Midwest Contingency Reserve Sharing Group (CRSG) is made of Midwest ISO members and non-members and is intended to be the mechanism to share the Parties’ respective Contingency Reserve resources and obligations to maintain electric system reliability. The Midwest ISO is the administrator of the Midwest CRSG.


The Contingency Reserves Committee (“CRC”) oversees the operation of the Midwest CRSG and to ensure compliance with the applicable reliability standards and requirements of NERC, RRO, and this Agreement. The CRC shall act solely by resolutions approved by vote of the CRC.
